새로운 시작의 설렘 뒤로 스스로 모든 책임을 져야한다는 막연함이 더 크게 다가온다.

정신없이 모든 스케줄을 마친 후 집에 돌아와보면 꺼진 보일러, 허전한 빈 공간과 고독이 나를 반겨준다.

가족과 함께 있을 땐 자연스럽게 흘러가던 일상이 혼자 하려니 하나같이 손이 많이 가 쉽지가 않다.

가족에 대한 그리움, 처음 맞이하는 홀로서기에 겪은 수많은 감정과 현실을 전래동화 우렁각시에 빗대어 표현한 곡이다.
